Angus McCuaig

Angus qualified in 1994 and was appointed a Partner for Hardie Caldwell in 2004. He is a partner in our Corporate Service Skill Group and is involved in corporate compliance, including audit. As part of this, Angus heads up our Construction and Leisure & Entertainment Focus Groups.

He is also heavily involved in the development of the firm’s corporate finance division. This has involved advising and reporting on business sales, purchases, re-organisations, management buyouts and share valuations. It also includes business planning and fundraising for start ups, early stage and mature enterprises.
