“I have been involved with Hardie Caldwell since they were originally assessed against the Investor in People Standard in 2004. In 2010 they achieved Silver status and maintained this in 2013. This achievement is a direct reflection of the continuous learning that takes place at every level in the business – particularly in relation to the structured/rigorous approach adopted with trainees. Engagement and empowerment is high on the agenda and a highly inclusive approach means that everyone is able to influence the future direction of the business. It is always a pleasure to work with Hardie Caldwell and they are very deserving of the high level of accreditation they have achieved.”
